"Customer service"

"Always love staying here b/c the hotel is in an excellent location with lots of shops/restaurants around. Also the dining and bar at the hotel is really convenient. The pool was clean and relaxing and we had a great time."

I really do think the place is ready for an upgrade, a little touch up will help a lot!! Other than that ‘is actually a nice place to stay ‘cozy and very spacious’ with beautiful...
