"First, the hotel staff were excellent and very courteous. Appreciate that very much. We had a very late check-in. Experience with Expedia helpdesk was less than optimum. The bill from hotel did not match expedia rates and still working to resolve.. The issue was not with any of the agents but the overall process it took for us to get things sorted out. Around 4 AM, The family next door was haring a fight and loudly yelling bad words and kids and all of us woke up hearing that which left was not feeling very good. Since we only reached the hotel around midnight. Also, there was lot of smoke smell in the room even though we asked for nonsmoking. Still working with Expedia on the refund."

"It was fine for a one night stay. However the TV in our room was leaning forward and nonfunctional. It didn't matter for us that night, because we were too tired to watch anything as we didn't check in until 9:30 pm. The next day was Memorial Day and unfortunately the Bistro/ coffee bar downstairs was closed. The staff had filled a couple of dispensers with hot coffee and a few wrapped muffins and coffee cakes were set out and a few bananas. A bit disappointing, even if it was free. The night before we had been told that we could get breakfast at the coffeebar. At least the staff at the front desk came over and heated some water for us so we could make tea. She was very apologetic, but you would think that at a Courtyard Marriott you could get a more satisfying breakfast if you're traveling on a holiday weekend."

2/10 Terrible

"I may as well have slept in my car. Every 20 minutes or so there was a loud pop sound like someone stepped on a water bottle. I got zero sleep at this place. Lucky to get 2 hrs. The room had a horrible smell as well."
