"Rooms were nice. Staff was attentive and accommodating at every step! Breakfast was great, same stuff every day, but we didn’t mind that! AC does cut off after a certain point, and as we were traveling with baby, we were informed that the front desk can turn it to where it doesn’t shut off, so that was great! Overall service, food, accommodation, and location (5 minute walk to Metro 12 or 10-15 minute walk to another Metro station) were great! There are a few restaurants around the hotel and a couple of grocery stores! Pool and sauna were great as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone I know traveling to Paris! Thanks again! "

"It was just one stop away from the metro station, which was convenient. However, I was very disappointed with the service. There was no room service at all—everything had to be collected from the reception. Even when the shower gel in the bathroom ran out and I called for a refill, they told me to come downstairs and pick it up myself. This applied to everything else as well!"

"We secured a 1 bedroom suite with the full view of the Eiffel Tower from 3 separate windows and 270 degree view of Paris from dining. What an amazing view it was! Four people slept well, pull out couch was cozy too. Staff were quick to respond to delayed arrival. Hotel is 5 min walk from large grocery store, coffee, shopping and 2 - Metro stops. Great children's park near hotel."
