"The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and updated with lots of towels, soap, shampoo etc. Easy access with passcodes, sent hours before check-in. Overall experience was outstanding! We will definitely stay there again when in Madrid."

Barceló Torre de Madrid
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing location, great breakfast buffet and worth every dollar!! Can access all main attractions with easily walking, metro or bike. Driving is bit more challenging as its a very congested area so only drive if have to. BEATRICE at the bar downstairs made best cocktail of the day I had in YEARS! And I was bartender in college back in new york. Bravo to her and the team"
"The property is very modern. It has great access to nearby "Retiro Park". The property is not close to the main historic sites. Yet, only about a 15min taxi ride away from Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, and Prado."
"I liked the spacious room, breakfast, and evening menu. It was always easy to get a taxi or ride share. The WiFi did not work with my laptop from U.S. A. (but has worked elsewhere in Spain)."
"The hotel was in an excellent location, wlajing distance from many restaurant, stores amd tourists attractions, rooms and bed were very confortable, staff was great, & very helpful with instructions. The only problem was that someone in the cleaning staff, qhen cleaning the room next door, woke me up with doors slamming and kept slamming the doors while cleaning, I had to go out and complain to another cleaning crew so she would stop."
"Perfect location, metro station a couple minutes walk away. Lovely view of the bullring. Nice bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Reception staff were very friendly. "
