"Beautiful building and room. Dinner ok but we had very noisy group and eventually took meal to our room"

"Pretty sub-par experience as we only stayed for one night. The rooms were not overly clean (stains on floor, sofa, walls etc) but the bedding and towels felt clean and fresh. Shower was also very nice with nice Rituals products. The major downside was the lack of soundproofing across the rooms; we could hear every single conversation of our neighbours’ on the other side of the wall. "Good value for money, room was clean and staff were helpful. I would say to avoid ground floor rooms if you can as they are very hot in the hot weather and windows can’t be opened. Other than that would stay there again."

"My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment. The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. Our room had no air conditioning, and after calling four times and waiting two and a half hours for a requested fan, it finally arrived.
