"If only they could have microwaves to warm take away foods, kettles to boil water to make tea or coffee They also have to fumigate their apartments, there are alot of cockroaches. Security looks slack as the outside is umanned and always open even with noone on the reception, intruders or assailants ..."

It happened to us twice in Bulawayo that we were not given the accomondation we paid for (one booked throug airbnb, one through expedia). I am still struggling to get the refunds. That is very bad business practice supported by airbnb and expedia!
