"Stayed here with 2 grandparents, son and 3 grand daughters plus a dog. Great location for the young girls, easy walk to the lake and kids playground. Views over the lake and 2 large covered verandahs. Safe enclosed garden for the dog, Koko. The owner has a way with plants, very green and lush. Appreciated the 3 bathrooms and laundry with washing machine and dryer. A pleasant stay all round"

"I had a wonderful time! The house has a huge deck with views of Wallis Lake. I sat out there every day enjoying the sounds of birds etc. iIf raining there is an undercover section. Close enough to enjoy short drives to all the places around like Seal rocks, SmithsLake, Nabiac etc.There is a massive back yard that my dog enjoyed. "The neighbourhood was peaceful and close to the beach. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. It was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and perfect for me and my daughter. Our experience in this place was pleasant; we regretted not staying longer. I highly recommend it!"

"The cottage is beautifully surrounded by gardens, with a certain old world feel about it. The cottage is filled with old antique furniture and old books as well as two fireplaces which we made good use of. There were a few things that were less than ideal; two chairs heavily covered in dust, a live cockroach under our pillow and one in the kitchen (with no bug spray for us to get rid of it) and a lack of storage space in the second bedroom (the one with two singles) to unpack our clothing during...

"Hotel is in a great location, across from the water, with great pubs, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and the bed was very comfortable, but the lounge area was not as inviting. The bathrooms and rooms are a little aged. Was expecting a little more modern for the price and brand."
