"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The sheets had visible yellow stains, the floor had not been properly cleaned, and there was a strong cigarette smell throughout the room. The kitchen was also not functional — the stove wasn’t even connected, which was very inconvenient and misleading. The only positives were the great view and the convenient parking. Unfortunately, those were not enough to make up for the poor cleanliness and overall condition of the room. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made."

"I called and messaged ahead of time that my flight is delayed so I will be checking in late. When I arrived the hotel was closed and was locked up- gate had a huge ped lock. We couldn’t get in. We had to find a different accommodation. Very disappointing. Want my refund back."
