"Nice older hotel resort. Needs some updates but everything in our room was fixed to above standard. Pool was fantabulous. Food was plentiful, hot and delicious. The Room was extra spacious with a balcony. Fridge and coffee maker was in the room. No elevators but they had bell hops all over the place to assist with your luggage. Nice stay in the country."

"This house was beautiful! It was clean, had all the amenities necessary like AC, fans, washing machine and kitchen supplies for cooking, and the pool was immaculate. We really enjoyed this private home. We suggested to the owner to add the exact address in the Vrbo app and she did just that. She was very responsive, supportive, and helpful throughout our stay. We suggest this home as an alternative to the resorts. We rented an car and was able to do a lot of activities around the island."

"The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, which we really appreciated. However, the facility itself is in need of a significant upgrade. Our bathroom did not meet expected standards the shower had very poor water flow, and when set to hot, no water came out at all. As a result, we were forced to take cold showers, which was quite inconvenient. Considering this is a 4-star hotel and not a budget option, we expected a much higher standard of maintenance and overall quality."

"I called and messaged ahead of time that my flight is delayed so I will be checking in late. When I arrived the hotel was closed and was locked up- gate had a huge ped lock. We couldn’t get in. We had to find a different accommodation. Very disappointing. Want my refund back."
