No complaints what so ever Cons Overall property is a bit rustic, Not many common areas to lounge in so mainly confirmed to room or breakfast room, common areas a bit rustic could made made more beautiful, no option for lunch/ dinner in house. "We had a great experience with this hotel, the room was spacious and clean, but the truly exceptional element is the location, it really couldn't be better. Looking onto the central square where everything is, yet set off in a very quiet courtyard where we had the most tranquil sleep possible. Breakfast was also the best one we found in Uzbekistan, They helped us out sorting onward transport to Samarkand etc, an all round thumbs up from us!"

"Pros: Really like the authentic decor - fits well with the overall ambiance of Bukhara. Definitely a boutique lodging! Staff were very helpful - I was allowed to choose my room, which was a real treat. Breakfast was a real treat - lots of options, and a pleasant dining experience. Cons: Some of the structure shows some wear and is in need of upgrading. Nothing major, but things like detached trim, wear spots, etc. Not their fault, but a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood. ...

"I stayed 2 nights at Ziyobaxsh Hotel in Feb 2024. Ziyobaxsh Hotel is a great hotel in Tashkent. Rooms are big, nice and clean. Ziyobaxsh Hotel is in Central Location. It is in the middle of Old Town. Within easy walking distance to almost every historic attractions of Bukhara. Great place to stay. I strongly recommend Ziyobaxsh Hotel for visitors to Bukhara."

"The position of hotel is in the main square of bukhara it's a good position to enjoy the city. My room was exactly at the level of square so any time i open the window i could enjoy the view and observe the daily life. Everyone in the hotel was kind. I would like to come back one day. InshAllah"
