"The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is...

"Super Hotel, vorallem die große (ehemalige Tennis-)Halle mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Babies und Kinder zum Spielen (Bällebad, Hupfburg, Klettergerüst, Arcade-Spiele, Trampolin, ...). "Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it.
Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."
