"Stayed 6 nights and services were good throughout that time. Hotel is not fancy but staff are very helpful and the restaurant has a few good options. The building has an excellent gym. Only complaint about the rooms was the hard mattress. For the price, I would stay there again"

Terrible and the manager did help the situation. It was my first time to Burundi and had this terrible welcome at this hotel and will never stay here again. I would never recommend this hotel.
