This villa is a four-bedroom house with a living area of 120 m2. There is a living room and a kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is modernly equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa has a large garden (4000 m2) with barbecue, garden furniture and seating area. There is also a private heated swimming pool. Private car park, SAT-TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, internet and pool are included in the price. Pets are welcome for a fee.
