"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. "Loved the amenities such as pool areas, spa, breaking buffet, nice staff. As others have noted, rooms could use a refresh. Carpet changed out to vinyl flooring, paint job on the walls would go a long way. Otherwise, loved having a balcony that overlooked the pools and the Mediterranean. We really enjoyed our staff. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff all A++! "
