Nestled in a quiet deep-water cove near Lake Lanier Islands, this waterfront home offers beautiful views, a private two-story floating dock, and everything you need for a memorable getaway with family and friends.

    Wake up with coffee on the covered deck overlooking the water, spend the afternoon swimming, floating, fishing, or relaxing on the dock’s upper sundeck, then gather around the dining table or enjoy dinner on the spacious outdoor deck as the sun sets over the lake.

    The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with:
    • Main Level: King Master Suite, Queen + Twin bedroom, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room with Smart TV.
    • Lower Level: Two Queen bedrooms, full bathroom, cozy family room with fireplace, foosball table, Smart TV, and additional sleeper sofa.

Fuel is not included, and a refundable security deposit and signed rental agreement are required. The cost for the boat rental is $600 a day with $200 Refundable Deposit.

Rules

Driveway and Cart path are both shared driveways please do not block either of them so all parties can come and go as they please.
After 9pm please keep noise level on balcony down to a minimum out of respect of our lovely neighbors.
Only use the dock that is directly behind the home the other docks belong to the neighbors and we don’t have permission to use them.
