IMPORTANT: There is currently a construction site in front of this building, which is still in the early excavation stage. As a result, there may be occasional truck movement and noise during permitted hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. No work will take place on Sundays, public holidays, or rainy days. For this reason, the property has a 15% discount applied to account for the inconvenience.
