This not a hotel. It is an apartment. You won't get any kind of service during your stay. the access is terrible. If you don't have great service expectation, it's a good place. But if you want cleaning service, breakfast, or simple a bottle of water in the refrigerator, avoid it.

La propiedad es tal cual las fotos. No me gustó la comunicación con el propietario. Trataron de cobrarme tarifas no adicionales a lo contrado y me acosaron para que me retire antes del horario del check up. El barrio es genial, pero el dpto está en un Primer piso y se escucha TODO, si alguien pasa camina del por la vereda, autos, motos.

Excelente flat, completo de acessórios: louça, talheres, toalhas, ferro de passar e até shampoo. Localização segura, próximo de mercado, pizzaria, etc. A Letícia e a Gabriela são anfitriãs perfeitas, muito solícitas
