Welcome to our house in Palermo Hollywood!
Our spacious house, for 8 people, is perfect for large groups or families looking for comfortable and complete accommodation in the heart of the city. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is enough space for everyone. In addition, our double-height living room has two additional sofa beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare your favorite meals, and the spacious dining room is perfect for gatherings and group dinners. Are you looking to enjoy the good Buenos Aires weather? In our beautiful patio with a grill you can enjoy a delicious barbecue, and on the terrace with a mini-pool you can cool off during the hottest days. We also offer a separate laundry room and high speed internet to make you feel at home.
In addition, we offer the roast service, so do not hesitate to contact us to coordinate yours.
The location is unbeatable, in the center of the gastronomic and nightlife hub of Palermo Hollywood. You will have a wide variety of options to enjoy the nightlife, as well as a great selection of restaurants and bars to try the best dishes in the city.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.
Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
The Neighborhood:
Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.

Getting Around:
Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
