es un hotel útil para mi porque queda cerca del lugar donde tengo que estar en Buenos Aires y se puede salir en vehiculo al momento de salir de la ciudad, sin muchas complicaciones. el desayuno es bueno y la habitación es comoda. debería tener un TV mas moderno (Actual 21" de tubo) donde no se ve muy bien el resto bien y además es economico

Nos alojamos allí debido a la proximidad con un sanatorio donde se encontraba un familiar internado. La zona muy buena. El desayuno completo y el personal sumamente atento . Al llegar nos ubicaron en una habitación pequeña .no tenía las dimensiones prometidas y además había una columna muy voluminosa en medio de la misma. El baño,regular. La ropa de cama bastante deteriorada y las toallas medio grisáceas. Al día siguiente planteamos estos detalles y nos cambiaron la habitación .La nueva era amplia y cómoda pero el aparato de aire acondicionado no se podía graduar ni apagar, debíamos desenchufarlo porque la habitación estaba muy fría (afuera 37 grados) Las cortinas estaban percudidas y manchadas. El baño con muchos detalles de falta de mantenimiento, por ejemplo el toallero totalmente oxidado.

Tuve un pequeño inconveniente a la llegada con el baño sucio. Y el AA que no funcionaba. Pero fue resuelto en un par de horas. El desayuno estaba bien. Y la.limpieza en general tambien. El hotel necesita renovarse en cuanto a mobiliario.

Experiencia en general positiva. Lugar relativamente bien ubicado para moverse a cualquier lado con transporte publico. Lamentablemente toda la cuadra esta en pleno trabajo de refaccion por lo que es imposible llegar en taxi hasta la puerta.

O Hotel esta de frente para a Av Cabildo o que compromete a nivel de RUIDO( para piorar a Av esta em obras ). As janelas nao fecham adequadamente aumentando o ruido do vento. Alem do hotel esta MUITO VELHO e com instalacoes em visivel decadencia. A TV ainda eh de TUBO com sitema de cabo, a imagem desaparece e som horroroso. O banheiro muito ruim com o piso com mostra de desgates. Chuveiro com pouca agua e privada sem pressao da descarga. O cafe da manha tambem nao eh la garndes coisas.As fatias de queijos e presuntada sao picados para evitar maior consumo. O papel filme nao eh totalmente retirado dando uma desagradavel impressao. Enfim NAO RECOMENDO.

No andaba el aire acondicionado por lo tanto no se podia regular la calefaccion,llame a recepcion mandaron un chico que poco pudo hacer. Conclusion: apague la calefacción y a aguantar el frio
