"Me robaron un par de zapatos. Se le dijo a la recepcionista y lo que hizo fue pedirme que me fuera porque segun ella nunca habian robado nada.. mala atencion y la cocina es muy sucia"

"Hotel péssimo. De cara a recepção já fica no segundo andar, nada é do jeito que tá no site. No check in me deram um quarto que o ar condicionado e o ventilador não funcionavam, só o aquecedor.Me trocaram de quarto e me deram um quarto todo bagunçado, reclamei e me deram outro quarto menos pior. Nesse quarto o aquecedor não funcionava e o recepcionista me disse q se não fosse esse quarto eu teria outra opção somente no dia seguinte. Pessoal despreparado. Paguei por um serviço especial de quarto...

"This hotel was in a very good location, just a 10 min walk downtown. English speaking staff and excellent wifi. There was 24 hr hot water and heating/cooling in the room. I would stay here again"
