"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. "i believe i have been treated very badly by this hotel, they would not, give me a refund, even though the reason i could not make it to the hotel was out of my hands ( Force Maseure) my flight was cancelled by air asia , thats the reason i could not make it, but they will not give me a refund, i will never ever stay in one of their hotels ever again."
