You and your friends and family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, beautifully updated and comfortable condo. Within a 5-minute walk you can explore restaurants, bars, boutiques, the Arkansas River, pickle ball and tennis courts, 18 hole frisbee golf course, and 100s of miles of hiking and mountain biking. 6 world class ski resorts are within a 30-60 minute drive. 4 relaxing hot springs are only 15-30 minutes away! The space
Located just one block off Main Street in Buena Vista!
Within a few minutes by vehicle, you can reach the North Cottonwood Trailhead for hiking or biking on the Colorado Trail. There are also several whitewater rafting companies who navigate the waters of the Arkansas River including the famous Number's Section and Brown's Canyon, or you can launch your own kayak at the town put-in and test your skills at the whitewater play park. Whether you are biking, rafting, motto riding, 4-wheeling, skiing, or whatever interests you, Princeton View Condo will provide the convenience and comfort you are looking for!

There is one assigned parking spot in front of the condo, with several free spots available on a first come basis. Additional parking is available on Cedar St and just down the street at the community center. RV's and campers have parking at the community center, or at the end of S Main St, just past Black Burro Bikes. There are several EV charging stations in town.

Perfect Condo in Buena Vista
Mount Princeton View Condo is a very clean, well-maintained, and adorable home which was perfect for our recent vacation. The home had everything we needed and was close to the river, all restaurants, and shopping in BV as well as hot springs, whitewater rafting outfitters and lots of places to hike. We highly recommend American Adventure Expedition if rafting is your thing. Mark did an amazing job easing fear and providing a great first rafting experience in highest water levels seen in past 5 years. We had a blast! We will definitely rent this place again if our son finds himself in BV area again next summer! It was a very comfortable place to recharge and relax at the end of our busy fun-filled days. Oh and the beds are extremely comfortable!

Amazing host and property
Cory allowed an early check in even though his response was delayed. They had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The beds were absolutely incredible. Two blocks from either Main Street (yes, there are two;). Two blocks to amazing moderate hiking trail and a place to drop your kayak/boogie board in. There's even a free life jacket/helmet station near the trail. We visited Charlotte Hot Springs (11 min drive)... Passed up Cottonwood Hot Springs along the way. The locals said Charlotte was newer/better/cleaner- it was great, pool vibe but I can't comment on Cottonwood since we didn't stop there but locals said it was a hippie vibe with actual rock pools which is what I wanted but one local said it was "ghetto" so on to Charlotte we went. Locals said Mt. Princeton is resort vibe and always packed this time of year. Anyway, back to property... We hope to visit Cory's place again. You can't go wrong with this condo. It was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. Thanks Cory!!

Convient and Cozy!
This cozy condo is just steps away from Main Street shopping and restaurants and a few more steps away from the beautiful Arkansas River. From kitchen utensils to a washer and dryer, the condo was furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay!
