Chumash Casino Resort

10/10 Excellent

"My stay at the Chumash Casino Hotel was all Very Exceptional, especially the Front Desk, the Bell Hop(a very lovely gal, so sorry I can’t remember her name), Cleaning Staff on my floor (6th), Security they all made my stay so great!!! My room was very clean and brought me extra water and towels. Check in was super easy. If I needed help, security answered all of my questions. The bell hop went above and beyond helping me with all of my luggage. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend the hotel! The only negative experience I had at the hotel was with the valet service. It took 20 minutes to get my car! I needed to have my car ready to leave very quickly and asked them to leave it in the driveway area (there are many cars parked in the driveway area near the front of the hotel). They said it wouldn’t be a problem. I am disabled, an amputee with multiple other medical issues and they could clearly see that I was an amputee because I was wearing shorts. I needed to go up to my room, change outfits and come right back down to leave for my son’s wedding rehearsal, which was less than 1 mile away. When I came back down my car was gone and it took them 20 minutes to bring it back!!! I should have just parked in the parking structure! Which is what I did for the remainder of my stay so I wouldn’t be late to anything else, especially my son’s wedding!!! I DON’T recommend using the valet unless you have time to wait around."
