Farmhouse "Zachełmna", built in 1950, renovated in 2009. In a hamlet, on a slope, located by a road, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'400 m2 (fenced), garden 2'000 m2. Barbecue, fireplace (swing, sandbox). Motor access to the house, except in winter 50 m. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 100 m, bus stop 50 m. Walking paths from the house 500 m, ski lift 7 km. Nearby attractions: Sucha Beskidzka 15 km, Wadowice 25 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Lanckorona 10 km, Spytkowice 40 km, Zawoja 36 km, Białka 25 km. Heating paid on spot (60 PLN / day).
4-room house 170 m2 on 2 levels. Lounge 18 m2 with 1 double sofabed (200 cm, length 210 cm), open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Dining room 18 m2. 1 room 13 m2 with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 210 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Top floor: entrance hall 18 m2 with 1 double sofabed (135 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 26 m2 with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 210 cm), 1 folding bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 18 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Wood heating, solar energy heating. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking at the house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w komfortowym domu na wsi o przyjemnym i funkcjonalnym wystroju z miłym ogródkiem , ciszą dookoła i ładnymi widokami. Jedynie lodówka mogłaby być większa, poza tym było rewelacyjnie. Spokój, swoboda i komfort , wszystko co potrzeba na weekendowy wypad. Bardzo miły wyjazd

Dom duży, funkcjonalny, dobrze wyposażony, bardzo czysty i zadbany. Łóżka, pościel standard dobrego hotelu. Łazienki czyste i nowoczesne. Widok z tarasu wart tych pieniędzy!! Właściciele mili i bardzo pomocni. Dużo miejsca na samochody. Do minusów muszę zaliczyć: bardzo stare TV: proponuję przynajmniej w salonie dać coś z tego wieku. Działka to +/-... pomimo, że duża i zadbana ale niestety mocno pochylona, więc w piłkę nie pograsz, ale dzięki temu jest przepiękny widok. GeneralniePOLECAM W 100%
