"People in the reception is so kind and always helpful. Our room was on the first floor an so clean. Place is super close to Old Town/Stari Grad like you can walk in 5 min. ABSOLUTELTY RECOMMENDED!!"

"Friendly Manager. But the rest of the staff were not service minded. Cleaning was just vacum cleaning and made up the beds every 3rd day. It took took long time to wait for breakfast. Many complaints from staff that the children should not play in the pool 😡 Very good aircondition 😊 In general a nice place - wich can improve the cleaning and more friendly staff."

Only delay was Google sent us (correctly) to the section of the hotel property currently under construction and it took some time to renegotiate the steep streets to the completed section."

There is a sauna and there will be a steam room ready soon too. The pool was clean but cold at this time of year.
