"The hotel was very clean, the room was as described. It is situated close to the town centre and the train station. You have to check out at 10 but they will look after your luggage until 5 . Do take your own toiletries as no shampoo etc provided. Also only three coffee pods provided for 3 of us on a 4 day stay. "

"Antonio was very responsive and friendly. His parents actually checked us in, but we subsequently met Antonio a few times. We had issues with the elevator and wifi being out for an extended period -- none of which had to do with the apartment. But, he found out when the elevator would be fixed. He contacted the wifi people several times and then went above and beyond by obtaining a different wifi portal for us to use. The cooking facilities were very good. We loved the washer and separate dryer....

"O apartamento tem ótima localização, principalmente para quem vai pegar o trem para outras cidades ao redor como Modena, Imola etc. Também está próximo de dois mercados (COOP e Aldi) e restaurantes. Em termos de "comodidades", o colchão da cama poderia ser melhor e também a quantidade de saches de sabonete líquido. Nós tivemos que comprar sabonete para podermos tomar banho mais "tranquilamente"."

"We had a wonderful time in Bologna. The apartment was small and quaint, perfect for the three of us. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard drinking a glass of wine in the evening. "This is a cheap option inside the walls of the old town. Unfortunately the apartment is less than ideal - the shower head was broken, as was the wardrobe. The floors and surfaces were clean but there was lots of cobwebs and debris around the apartment in corners. It's basically an attic with a sloping roof so there isn't much headroom. I must have hit my head 10 times. "

"Late delayed checkin was facilitated brilliantly, the accommodation was brilliant and most unexpectedly the location was unbeatable. The square you walk straight out on to was beautiful with the seven churches on the opposite side and a number of bars/restaurants. If I went back to Bologna, i would easily book the same place again. Thanks for a great break!"

"We spent 6 nights in this very nice apartment in early June 2024. It has all that we needed including a washing machine and 2 drying racks. There is also a dishwasher. The bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of extra pillows. The apartment has air conditioning in both the main room and bedroom and works very well. The small balcony is nice for a view of the street and trees below. The location is a short walk to the main bus & train terminal which made day trips very easy and getting...
