Enttäuschend

Entgegen den sonstigen Gastgebern hatten wir bis zwei Tage vor unserer Anreise nichts gehört. Auch stand kein Name oder Tel. Nr. in der Beschreibung. Da wir früh nach Budapest anreisten, habe ich per Mail gefragt ob wir früher in das Appartement könnten oder unser Gepäck schon dort abstellen könnten und wie der Check in erfolgt. Eine kurze Antwort war, Sie würden es versuchen ohne Hinweise wie der check ifinktioniert.Dann bei Ankunft im Flughafen bekomme ich per Whats App die Nachricht das unser großes Appartement nicht zur Verfügung stünde wegen Reparatur und Sie hätten alternativ zwei wunderschöne nebeneinander liegende Appartements. Ich sagte das wir unser gebuchtes haben wollen. Das ginge nicht, war die Antwort. Da entschieden. wir uns die Appartement anzusehen. Kamen aber nicht ganz hinein da uns die Putzfrauen nicht hinein ließen. Das Haus selber sah schon sehr heruntergekommen aus. Nach langen hin und her konnten wir die Koffer abstellen. Als wir dann nach 16 Uhr in die Appartements kamen war die Enttäuschung groß. Kurze BeschreibungKaum Geschirr- drei passende Teller für 4 in zwei Küchen war viel. Einen Topf den ich in die Hand nahm war dreckig. In den Duschböden waren die Farben abgeblättert. Eine Duschtür fehlte ganz. Aber das schlimmste war der modrige Geruch in den Bädern und die Handtücher stanken, eines hatte große Flecken. Unsere Beschwerde wurde abgebügelt wir hätten Sie ja angeschaut und die Bilder gesehen. Ein Entgegenkommen oder Erstattung gab es nicht.
