"This hotel is within walking distance of the sports arena, and I was attending a concert there. It was reassuring to know that I could exit the concert around 11:30 and not worry about transportation. The one thing that I objected to was that someone in housekeeping had turned off the air conditioning while I was out. I came back to a hot room. I discussed the situation at the front desk, and it didn't happen again."

"A pension, not really a hotel as some sites call it. But what a nice place to stay, a sweet very trad older gent and his wife run it. Close to bus and tram, easy access to & from train station. Lovely bath with fast instant very hot water - excellent. Secure, quiet and respectful vibes."

"They try really hard and are super nice. It’s an old property and has a lot of limitations, but the front desk staff really went out of their way to be nice and do the best they could with limited resources. I really wish there had been air conditioning and the pillows and towels had been nicer. Having to keep the windows open for cooling caused secondary noise issues because moderate noise in neighboring rooms was much more audible. The guy at the desk offered to give me his personal fan on a really hot day - maybe other places would have had at least that but there was something really kind about it. Not the best area in terms of within walking distance because a bit industrial but not unsafe. As long as a person keeps the limitations in mind, it’s really a good cheap option for a safe place to stay with exceptionally friendly front desk, probably especially in off-seasons when weather is not hot."
