We have been coming to the Ritz for little mini breaks when we don't have enough time to go anywhere further away. It was the Eid Al-Adha holiday, and the hotel was fully booked. We were offered a cold towel and a delicious fruit drink at check-in, personally shown to our room by the wonderful Margarita (thank you!). We spent a near perfect 3 days and nights just laying around, swimming in and enjoying the temperature controlled (lovely cool water), shimmery, huge pool and ordering delicious...

Outstanding. First quality for everything they use. For starters, an $1800 Jura coffee maker in our room, and I tell you, the best cup of coffee I ever made for myself! They spared no expense in materials, furniture, linens, chefs, door men. For location, if you're a souk shopper, this is ground zero! My longtime jeweler and tailor are now just a short 300feet away. We just enjoyed an anniversary weekend getaway at the Four Seasons. I think I would have to say we have not experienced better customer service - from every employee - in a very long time (ever?). We received a complimentary upgrade, which was very nice - and employees called us by name at meals and around the pool. The restaurants (we ate at both Re Asian and Cut) are quite lovely - again with exceptional service. Innovative and tasty offerings. We didn't take part in the breakfast buffet...

Very nice hotel and everything perfect

Its not the first time I choose Wyndham Garden Manama (WGM), and the experience is the same always. The suite was clean and staff very attentive. I will always select WGM as my preferred location when staying in Bahrain, Manama.

Have stayed here when it was Kempinski. Now under a new management and name, this hotel has gone up a notch. The carpets still smell in the corridors, but the service and its staff have tremendously improved. Stay was excellent. Thankful to Jennifer at the front desk, and Anthony at concierge for their kindness and excellent help.

Kind service and very nice rooms and amenities would recommend.

The hotel is only 5 month old, with all the amenities. Wifi works very well in the room. The mall is across the street, short two minute walk. It has been great.
