"Second time we’ve stayed and enjoyed the well equipped space, easy parking and convenience access, and the hosts were just as great as they were our first go around. Seems to be a regular stay at Cozy Cottage is forming alongside our annual family-athletics traditions. Will see the cottage again next year!"

"We arrived at the property when it was dark and the front door did not have a porch light on. The drive takes you to the side of the house with several doors. I had to message the host to ask how to get in, lol. It would have been fine had the porch light been on for the front door where we needed to enter the code to get it. It was just so dark you couldn’t see where the front of the house was located.Floors were very dirty and no dishwasher pods available for the dishwasher. Kitchen chairs...

"House was beautiful! We were in town for the Kentucky Derby, so everything was higher than normal, but this house was still reasonable compared to others. Location was great! Nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the river. Very peaceful and not at all concerned with safety. The upstairs suite was huge! Tons of room and everything we needed."
