"We had a wonderful experience at the Tower of London. It is such an iconic place, full of history, and absolutely worth visiting when in London. A special mention goes to Arcona, who made our visit even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. "Unique and comfortable stay. Lovely location next to Waterloo. Room was bigger than it looked online. Check it was good (contact them for checking instructions prior to your stay) It’s really not as loud as people say (yes there’s some noise from the trains)"

"Amazing property manager. Will definitely stay here again"

"تجربة ممتازة فندق روعة وهادئ وإطلالة حلوه عالنهر ومساحة السويت كبيرة بصراحة فندق ولاغلطه العيب الوحيد بعيد شوي عن الاكسفورد ونايتسبرج "

"Wouldn't recommend its very very loud. Thought we where getting a room with washer as we were there 11 days. Last day they came to us and said theyre charging us for using the towels Yes we have red hair it did get on the towels but they gave us towels 6 + times before that. Was hard to get ahold of staff to get garbage changed or new towels. Safe didn't work, washroom sink never got cleaned had dust on it from before we even arrived.wifi was very bad too 0/10 for the price"

"Cómodo, limpio y en buenas condiciones"

The HVAC system worked great allowing us to keep the room nice and cool at night for sleeping. The room was also very quiet with no street noise or noise from neighboring rooms. ...
