"Great hotel and lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. Good choice at breakfast and accommodated us in the bar area with our dog. Standard double room was spacious and was perfect for our one night stay. Would highly recommend"

"I only stayed on a room only basis ,I found the staff to be courteous but really didn't have much contact with them ,in the same fashion I didn't frequent the restaurant either. The room was clean enough, comfortable bed only let down was there are no plug sockets next to the bed which I like to have my phone near me . Overall had a lovely stay and would stay again."

"The room was lovely with a great view. We were unable to order room service because staff were too busy to take our call. This was on a Saturday evening. When I rang through to reception & asked if they could take our order to the bar I was told it was better to speak them personally so I took this as a no. Reception did go & speak to someone about the room service & rang us back but advised we would need to leave it at least 20 to 30 minutes before ringing again for room service this would have made it to late for us so we decided not to bother."
