"Great little place if you’re visiting Maryvale for Milwaukee Brewers spring training. Couldn’t be closer. Apartment complex is a bit on the wild side but not unsafe; just rough enough at the edges that you shouldn’t expect to spend your time milling around there without purpose. Apartment was nice, clean, everything important worked. Appreciated the closet space and showers. Good for an extended stay if in town for work."

I was in town for a quick visit, my home was being rented so I wanted to give this area a try as I have always wanted to try it out here - it was just perfect for what I needed,. Owners were easy to get in touch with. Its a nice quiet place to stay. I will definitely let friends and family know about this condo if they are ever in need"

"We had a wonderful week in the perfect gated community! Traveling with my teen, we really need our personal space. This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us! It’s situated perfectly between Sun City & Goodyear within 5 minutes to the Cardinal “Dome” Stadium, and lots of shopping. One of my favorite things about this condo, besides the little patio, is the covered parking! We could see our rental at all times. Not that there were any issues… it was just reassuring to see my car was just fine....

"We spent almost a week at this property on a family vacation. It was easy to find and easy to access to food, shopping, and our planned events. We enjoyed the pool and workout area during our stay as well. The workout equipment was adequate but the treadmills and machines could use a little TLC which was not on the the owner at all as it was a community workout area. We appreciated being able to do some type of workout while on vacation. We really enjoyed the pool area and never felt like it was...

"This condo was very spacious - nice size rooms, a walk-in closet, and lots of storage space. The large patio facing the pool was a great place for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed. Check-in was a breeze. Yana was a gracious host who responded immediately to our questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place in the Goodyear area."

"We were in Phoenix for daughter’s graduation. This property was perfect. Clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Where do you get a 3 bedroom with 3 king size beds?! The complex was quiet and well maintained. The pool was nice and just what we needed for a few days of relaxation. TVs with firestick so you could add your own apps. Short distances to shopping and other entertainment. We spent a day at the Grand Canyon which was an easy trip to do in a day. Definitely a wonderful property."

"The house was awesome and we enjoyed our stay the pool and hot tub were great neighborhood peaceful. Close to stores and food places. The only draw back which i didnt know when booking was it waa on second floor with steep stairs other than that it was an awesome stay and visit."

"Our group included two moms and our three daughters. This apartment could not have been better for us, other than it was somewhat far away from where the bridal shops are. Super clean, super adorable- great set-up with bedrooms and bathrooms. We wished we could have stayed longer to really use the truly fully-stocked kitchen. Also, great communication. Would absolutely stay here again!"
