"This townhouse is exactly as described. The location is superb--a very short distance to Quay-side restaurants and shops and also close to food markets, but very quiet! Rooms are comfortable and lots of space. There are 3 floors and stairs, so need to be comfortable with that. All the basic amenities, but no frills. Would be helpful to have more instructions on appliances for those of us from out of country. We would definitely stay here again--excellent place!"

"Our stay was flawless, conveniently located in the heart of the countryside. The facilities were great and the listing doesn’t do it justice, all of us who stayed had nothing but positive things to say about the accommodation which was thoughtfully decorated throughout. It was a shame the weather wasn’t on our side the whole time so we could make use of the great outdoor space however we were so lucky with the inside space that it didn’t affect the weekend. "Perfect place to stay for a young family and dog! Great size rooms, safe and secure garden, and everything you could need for a short break. Lots of lovely local walks - including to the coastal path, and information left at the property to help you find local places to visit. The owners of the property were very helpful and considerate and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be back!"

The yard setting may not be to everyone's taste but it brought clear memories of my childhood farmyard! My husband (in his eighties) found walking on the cobbles a bit difficult. "We loved our stay at this lovely well located and well equipped cottage. Our only comments would be that: - visitors considering this property should be made aware that the stairs are relatively narrow and steep. This means that transferring luggage is not easy, especially for more elderly guests, and they are potentially dangerous for guests on the top floor who need to visit the bathroom on the middle floor in the middle of the night. "Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...

"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"
