Holiday Home 'Architektenhaus' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Please note the following BEFORE booking:
1. The house is under video surveillance outside.
2. Loud parties or events are not allowed. No fitters either, please.
3. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with bunk beds. Please call 0173-7063421 if a booking is planned for more than 5 adults.
4. The forms “Declaration of Consent to Video Surveillance” and “Guest Handbook” must be read in writing before arrival. Depending on the number of people, a deposit must be paid on site. After booking, I will therefore contact you and provide these documents.
5. The house is close to the forest, it is allergy-friendly with a central ventilation system.
6. Complete darkening is only possible in the bedrooms.
7. The stairs to the upper floor have no railings, they are secured with child safety gates.
8. The house contains personal belongings from my children and myself. It is not just a holiday home. It therefore offers very versatile and high-quality equipment with everything your heart desires.
9. The technical room and the garden shed behind the house are not part of the rental property, as they must be accessible to me for maintenance tasks.
10. Dogs are welcome on the ground floor and in the garden.
11. The house allows you to charge electric vehicles, use the sauna and rent electric bikes.
