Bucarest does not meet yet ”western” standard but let’s see in the future what will be happened."

"Excellent hotel, well priced but never saw any staff and as I arrived late at night there was no water in my room or available, also a long walk to find somewhere to get a coffee/breakfast, there is a cake shop in the lobby but they don't sell coffee and the coffee shop in the lobby was closed throughout my stay, otherwise am very pleased with this hotel. Thanks!!"

"Overall the hotel was a nice place and area to stay. I recommend it for many reasons. Staff were helpful and polite. We enjoyed a clean and spacious room with a balcony during this visit. Breakfast buffet was okay and convenient each morning. This is pet friendly hotel. We brought our dogs and we were charged 20 Euros a night per dog. I understand the pet fee but a bit much to be charged for each dog. "

"The hotel is pretty old, but the room was big enough and clean. The Spa is really nice, all amenities needed for a good relaxation. The breakfast and dishes from the restaurant were pretty good. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel also has free parking."

"Room was dated with need of attention. Bathroom especially needs updating and plugs. 4 star hotels should have usb sockets incorporated as everyone carries phones and tablets. The flat screen tv should be fitted on the wall increasing the table space. Otherwise great service and very pleasant staff and central location "
