"Hotel building and decor itself is nice, however having booked a “executive suite” with a bath I discovered on the 1st night there was no hot water. Called reception who sent someone up, water eventually got warm at best after he turned some mains valves on/off. Second night again no hot water, told reception who said I could change room but I was checking out the next morning. Asked for an alternative solution ie some for of refund to compensate for the fact we didn’t have hot water, reasonable...
