"We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. "

"No reception; though elevator is very new, it is on 1st floor, which means you need to carry luggage up 1 storey. The room itself is remarkable, functioning AC throughout, 2 toilets and 3 baths for a 2 double beds apartment(and 1 sofa bed), 2 TVs, dining table, cooking space, fridge, kettle and coffee machines, disc player, books, all essential cookwares, wash-dryer, steam iron, excessive hangers, and an extremely detail instruction book on every possible item and recommendation you could think...

"The landlord refused to give us the addresses of the apartment or the place for picking up the keys until just before we arrived ... we are in our 80s ... we simply could not travel to Europe and taxi from the airport without knowing well before we left where we were going ... so we cancelled the rental and believe we should get a refund ... we have asked Expedia to help us but they have not been helpful, and have done nothing to help with the refund ... we are disgusted with the landlord and...

"We had room 309, a lovely apartment with a bedroom and lounge that had a big sofa bed that converted into two single beds - perfect for my teenage children. The kitchenette had everything we needed from a microwave and hob to a decent under the counter fridge/freezer. Plus a proper kettle and a nespresso machine. We just asked for more teabags in the middle of the week and that was fine. The bathroom was just right for us and the whole place was spotless. The air conditioning and WiFi were...

"A very welcome respite during one of the high heat waves in Paris. Strong, effective air conditioning and plenty of space for our needs. We didn't attempt to really cook in the small kitchen but it was nice to have a place to prepare breakfast. Quiet, peaceful location in an upscale neighborhood."
