"We had a wonderful stay at Spindle Cottage in Bielby. It’s a lovely, traditional cottage full of character, set in a peaceful rural location that’s perfect for switching off and relaxing. Despite the quiet setting, it’s only a short drive to nearby supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, which made it really convenient. The hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. A great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable countryside stay...

"Overall, we had an okay stay, but I feel the property was overpriced for what it offered. The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk or 25-minute bus journey into York city centre. Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds. "Lodge was really nice and clean and it was a really nice experience. However a few lights either didn't work or had no bulb in, the hall way light didn't work and when it was dark you couldn't see where you was going and the light outside the hot tub but this wasn't so bad as you had the fairy lights which gave a bit of light. Over all very nice "

"The rooms was clean and everything was presented lovely. The hot tube was nice and clean too. Communication was excellent with the staff and very well communicated. Understanding on my ASD and my sisters ADHD which was very nice"

"Sue was lovely. The hut was cute and cosy. Sue had left us milk tea coffee sugar wine biccys and she other essentials. It was a very sweet touch.The hot tub was amazing. The location is beautiful tranquil and definitely worth a visit. Value for money and then some. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for our fab break Sue. 😘"

"Clean property.Good heating. Very well equipped.The Bathroom and toilet are downstairs so any night time toilet trips have to be done very carefully with the steep stairs.free parking on the street. Great to have pet free accommodation as I have severe allergies. "
