"Everything was perfect: staff, new, modern building and room, cleanness, facilities plus Asian breakfast included in room price (which was not mentioned during booking). You need your own transport as hotel is located quite far from Chiang Khan (my favourite town in Thailand). Would recommend. "

"The hotel is well located a short distance to the famous walking street. The owners are very helpful and speak English and Thai, they provided advice on what to see and do in Chiang Khan. They offered us coffee and crossaints for breakfast even though breakfast was not included in the room rate. The rooms upstairs are simple, with good air-conditioning and WiFi. I would book again."
