  • Looking for the perfect quiet space to get away from your busy, every day life? A place where you can breathe fresh air, enjoy the calming sounds of nature, and simply relax? GrandView is just what you're looking for.

    This beautiful, new two bedroom, two bath home is tucked away in the Mountains just minutes from downtown Bryson City. With it's quiet peaceful location you can either just come to the cabin, relax and enjoy OR you can use it as a base camp for all your mountain adventures. Grandview is perfect for couples, friends, or families. Inside, this lovely home has a spacious living space. The living room area features a beautiful floor to ceiling rock gas fireplace, flat screen tv, and comfortable furnishings. Open to the living area is the fully stocked kitchen, which features granite counter tops, stainless appliances. Who needs to go out to dinner, when you can make a nice meal right in the comfort of the home?! The master boasts a king-sized bed, flat screen tv and a private bath with a tiled walk-in shower. There is also a game room in the loft, which features a pool table. If the outdoors is what intrigues you, then you'll definitely enjoy the large front porch with rocking chairs and the AMAZING View. You'll also enjoy a quiet night sitting by the fire, roasting marshmallows or making smores. For ultimate relaxation, don't forget you have a private hot tub waiting for you to unwind at the end of your day.

    Grand View is located within 15 minutes to the Nantahala River Gorge, where you will find an abundance of outdoor adventures such as; white water rafting, kayaking, zipline canopy tours, hiking, and Tsali biking trails. It is also located within 15 minutes to Bryson City, where you can indulge in the town's boutique shops, various dining options, and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. If you're wanting to visit the Cherokee Indian Reservation or the Great Smoky Mountain Parkway, it is only a 30 minute drive. Come enjoy the Smokies with us today! Due to the GRAVEL and the grade of the road THIS CABIN DOES REQUIRE AN AWD OR 4WD VEHICLE.

Absolutely amazing! The view impeccable, the home gorgeous and perfect for our trip. The hosts were very responsive when messaging. I had forgotten about the AWD/4WD requirement in the original listing but so glad I read the pre-check in instructions as it was absolutely needed. Steep hills BUT completely worth it for the views and this house. If your looking for long-range mountain views and a super clean, gorgeous place to stay…this is your place!

This was a four day getaway for my husband, and I and the property was exactly what we were looking for. Beyond expectations actually, the view from the deck was breathtaking! This was our escape and it was perfect.The house was very clean, the kitchen was excellent, even had a gas stove! Which is the best way to cook a nice steak when it’s raining outside which it was the first night. The next morning it was clear and we sat and watched the sunrise. You definitely need all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive for the narrow road to get to the property.

We’ve stayed in a lot of cabins, and I have to say that this cabin is definitely in our top 3! Very clean, well taken care of, and a BEAUTIFUL view of the mountains. Our host was very quick at responding to my questions as well.

The cabin is hard to find because the cabin is not found in GPS. The quality of the shower towels was disappointing. The gas bbq grill burners need replacement. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience.

Our host seems to be of high integrity honest and informative the cabins location view speaks for itself layout is very comfortable and accessible 4 wheel or AWD needed only 1 improvement in our opinion needed either flip or replace the master bedroom mattress.

What a beautiful cabin and the view was absolutely amazing! The drive up and down the mountain, at the time, was quite terrifying but after the fact was just made for a good story. My suggestion is to get everything you need before heading up the mountain to limit the number of times you have to drive up and down. And absolutely make sure you have a 4x4.
