The property is as stated. Offered four bedrooms which my family needed. The road was bumpy as stated. The one thing that would have been more beneficial was additional towels in each bathroom. I did do the laundry one day for that reason. My granddaughter loved the hot tub.

We had a great stay! The home was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for the 7 guest we had. The host gave great directions to get there as well which made our trip a lot easier. The gravel road up to the property was rough, which was put in the listing, however, I believe it was a bit more then we anticipated especially with lower vehicles. All in all it was a great trip and we enjoyed the house and area a lot!

Great property for our needs
Ours is a group of 3 fishermen and this was our 2nd annual stay at this property. Perfect layout, nice views, practical kitchen, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample space worked well for us. Renters should be aware: the internet access and cellphone coverage are both limited. The in-unit manual specifically warns against streaming video and gaming which might deplete data. We found our internet searching was extraordinary slow and phone reception spotty. There must be a solution to these issues in this information-driven high-tech world. The unit is located at the top of a rugged gravel road. Our 2 SUVs had ample clearance but would not want to drive a low-clearance sports car up and down. I want to stress the unit is clean, comfortable and conveniently located for exploring the Great Smokies southern region. Large, well-stocked grocery store and lots of restaurants are within easy driving distance. We did not use the hot tub so I cannot speak to cleanliness or function. There is a long covered porch with an eastern sunrise view and rocking chairs for quiet rest and reading. The unit sits atop a hill and the yard falls away in all directions so it would probably not be ideal for games and romping. The back yard is a gravel parking area and there is also a carport. Parking 4 cars would be no problem. I’m not a big fan of the living room L-shaped sectional. It is very TV centric but that would likely be fine for folks who watch TV.

Very clean cabin
We booked this cabin for my birthday trip. It was an all girls trip. The cabin was great, very clean and very accommodating. The only thing that spoil d the trip was the road. We were in a van and it was a incline gravel road. As we neared the top near our cabin, the gravel and potholes became worse and we got stuck and had to burn some rubber to get up the last bit of road. My other guests had the same issue. It was pretty scary and we were scared to go anywhere because we didn’t want to have to deal with that. We ventured out the next day to get groceries and go to the casino and had the same issue. I drive box trucks and had a hard time getting up the hill without burning rubber. Something needs to be done about that and I warn anyone to make sure they do not try to climb that hill at night and make sure you stick to the 5mph warning. Also two of the rooms had comforters/pillow cases that seemed very old( the ones with the bears on it) We actually purchased blankets and left the comforter and pillows in the closet and used our blankets instead. Apart from that, the cabin was fantastic. The hot tub was a big hit.

Perfect Retreat for 3 Anglers
We came to fish rivers in the BC area and wanted a central location. This one checked all the boxes. 3 full bathrooms, new clean feel, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice views. Everything feels new and fresh. Big porch for evening chats. Our only complaint is a tiny one. There is WiFi but it is quite slow and the Verizon cell service is sketchy- mostly okay yet at other times parts of conversations are lost on one end or the other.

Not at all what we were Expecting. The road to travel to the cabin was awful. Gravel and even holes
1. There was no Internet. Which was a serious problem due to a loved one being in another country we were not able to FaceTime nor keep in touch with them due to no Internet. 2. The road to the cabin was more than just a small gravel road. The bulk of the drive to the cabin is on an even gravel with huge holes in the ground. 3. The staff who is supposed to be cleaning this properly did not do so. The washcloths and towels were so stained we had to purchase our own. Two of the four bedrooms had hair all over the sheets. So needless to say we did not sleep under the sheets. 4. Two of the comforters had blood stains on them. Which is totally discussing I tried to call verbo as well as the property manager. 5. The oven is disgusting it looks as if it has not been cleaned in a very long time. 6. I probably should’ve named this number one. From the moment we arrived at 4 PM until 9:10 PM the fire alarm was going off the entire time. I tried to call Verbo one 800 number twice, tried to call the property manager three times. Finally someone came at 9:10 PM by then we were all worn out my 76 year old mother include. I have never been so disgusted, so disappointed, out of Alma 20 years of traveling in America and outside of our country.

Loved staying in this cabin!
The cabin was exactly as pictured and the location was great! Although you have neighbors, you still have your own privacy! The cabin was beautiful and clean, and fully stocked except it needed a few pots, it had plenty of frying pans. The cabin was very spacious, and I would love to stay there again! Highly recommended!

Polar Express
This was our first time staying in this cabin. We arrived to a clean cabin. We take our family to the polar express every year! Disappointed this cabin was not decorated for Christmas as all others we’ve stayed in for this trip.‼️ Big Note‼️You will be paying multiple fees because this property has a property manager in addition to just paying vrbo fees! I’ve never had to pay hot tub fee or booking fee. So if you want to avoid extra fees pick a cabin that is managed by owner! Would I stay again? Probably, just to be 5 min from town. House was nice and layout was good.

Comfortable with good location for Bryson City
Cabin was as advertised, neat and spacious. There is one TV in the living room only. We travel with a couple seniors, so we missed some regular height chairs with arms indoors for them, but were able to bring in a couple of deck chairs to serve our needs. Location is near grocery shopping and easy access to town, but the actual gravel road up the hill to the property is horribly rutted and very hard to travel on. I would not recommend attempt in a car or any low-road-height vehicle. The community is in desperate need of a road grader visit, though the parking area of the rental was nice and well-groomed. Neighborhood seems to be mixed use -- with some residents and some rental properties surrounding, and a surprising amount of traffic traveled the rutted gravel road daily.

The cabin was very nice but the cleanliness was less than expected.
Beautiful place. Great location. Cleanliness not the best. Two beds sheets had not been changed or didn’t seem to be. Toilet in one bathroom black ring around it. Dead bugs in pans under oven. Porch had not been cleaned at all.
