The onsite staff were so pleasant and personable. Took the time to have conversations with us and how they could help us in any way during our stay. Breakfast was great!! Rooms were clean. Dining and common areas were also clean and quiet. I LOVED MY STAY!! Will go back to this Inn anytime I am visiting the Bryson City area. And the best part, this is Not a Chain. Inn has family history and I love supporting small businesses.

Amazing service

We had an amazing stay! The staff was very personable, remembered my kids names, very attentive, had craft time for the kids so we could finish our breakfast, very sweet and we would definitely stay again!

Everything was just perfect! We stayed 2 nights and went on The Polar Express train ride while in Bryson City. The property is wonderful as well as the hosts, and we loved it so much that we are making it a yearly tradition and staying at the McKinley Edward’s Inn!!! Wife and I stayed at the McKinley Edwards Inn during a tour of the Great Smokey Mnts. The location is perfect for a visit to the NP and Bryson City is a charming little town with lots of appeal, a few nice coffee shops, at least 3 breweries and a few other respectable eateries in the area. But the Inn itself is also nearly perfect. It is very quiet. The rooms are very spacious. The outdoor spaces are great for relaxing for an afternoon or early evening glass of wine, read, game, whatever. And the inn keepers, John and Marie, are as friendly as you could possible want. The bed was great and the breakfast delicious and filling. Marie prepared a hot dish each morning and there is also fruit and yogurt and all kinds of breads… It’s not the fanciest hotel we’ve stayed in but it is certainly the friendliest and a very, very comfortable place to stay. Can’t wait to return.

The Inn is very close to Main Street and to the Train Depot in the heart of Bryson City. The lodging was very comfortable, homey, and the room was very large and spacious. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and the coffee was hot :)! We very much enjoyed our stay and would come stay again! Definitely beats staying at a hotel!

Love this inn!

This place is so beautiful inside and out. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The common areas inside were cozy and offered plenty of windows for views of the mountains and grounds. The outside area was well kept with plenty of seating, string lights for evenings, coy pond, and fire pit. My husband and I enjoyed playing coin toss and corn hole. The breakfast was good and the owners/staff were so friendly.
