"Excellent hotel with amazing amenities. We didn’t use them but the pool area and gym looked amazing. Breakfast is the best one we’ve had so far — omelet station was the cherry on top.
It’s hard to figure out if we actually got the room we were offered which is why we are docking a star. When we showed up, the sofa bed was made for a 3rd person and the crib was missing (we had 2 adults and one infant). Before we checked in, they tried to upsell us to the “suite” for 1000+ NOK a night, no way! The person who installed our crib alluded us to having a different room. If they didn’t have the room we booked available to us, they should’ve upgraded for free."
