"Booked this house for 2 couples and 2 children, 5 & 6 yo. It was so lovely. The house was clean and as advertised, the yard was kept and beautiful, the location was so convenient and the kitchen was well stocked. The knives were dull, but there is a built in sharpener in the block and with a little care, I was able to get them pretty sharp (usually a huge pain when cooking in a short term rental). Beds were on the softer side. The kids loved playing in the little play house and on the play...

"Family-friendly"

"The loft apartment was spacious with two bedrooms each having comfortable beds, and a full kitchen. Clean, with laundry facility, about 20-25 minutes to Bryce Natl Park. All in all a good place to base a stay in that area of S Utah"

"We loved this property. The firepit with swings was right outside our door. There were at least 12 Muledeer grazing out in the grass area beside the room. It was wonderful just watching them. They didn't seem to be bothered by people. They were cautious but not overly so. The sky gets very dark and you can easily see the milky way and constellations. The beds were too soft for us but that is a personal preference, not going to ding any stars because of that. Everything we needed was...

"Beautiful cabin. Wonderful view. Well located."

"Great cabins you can rent together for a family trip."

"This house is amazing. great location, clear instructions, house is setup for the guest with all supplies. And if you come around a clear sky day, you will be lucky to have a great stargazing time, it was the best of my life. we spent time night to learn taking pics of Milky Way and stars and it came sooo good. I recommended this house to my friends and also looking forward to come back sometime"

"The property was really good.we really enjoyed it."

"Pro’sThe home was nice and clean, well stocked and the property was perfectly located between Bryce Canyon and Zion Park with a beautiful river just out the front door. Con’sThe house has neighbors located very close on both side which make privacy a challenge. The home was only equipped with one A/C mini split until located in the common area of the house which made the bed rooms hard to cool off during the day and the evenings. It would have been nice if the yard could have been maintained so...

"House was a good location for visiting Bryce Canyon NP and was also conveniently located near a small grocery store and a good pizza place. The owner was great about letting us check in early as my daughter was sick and needed somewhere to rest before our scheduled check in time. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"Beautiful place"

"Great. The photos and description do the cabin justice. The views are even more epic than photos can capture!"

"This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. It was easy to find and not far off the main road yet away from distractions of the world. There is a near by atv trail and it just a short drive to Bryce Canyon. It has a beautiful Kitchen but it is sparsely supplied, bring all you need even spices. The beds are fine. There isn't adequate seating, you may want to bring a lawn chair. The host is quick to communicate and expectations are clear."

"My stay at The Cottage was delightful. I was able to come and go to Panguitch's local shops and eateries, as well as find many photo-worthy locations within a few miles where I was the only photographer. Thank you for providing me those suggestions. The kitchen was fun to prepare meals in! I found everything I needed. The cookware was easy to clean and the knives were super sharp. Yay! The swing was a fun touch. Took me back years to when I launched my kids into the stratosphere, haha! Thanks...
