"The property is beautiful and we had a great stay. However, it could use some updating. There was a musty smell in our room, which was not super bothersome but noticeable. Suggestions for the management: clarify that this is not a real "palace" but a property that was built 10-20 years ago (staff did not have much information about it). It is a beautiful building but wish there was more information available about how its history. "

"The staff at this hotel is simply amazing. I've been to many hotels throughout Europe and this was the first time ever when I truly felt welcomed. The ladies immediately offered us coffee and a tour of the hotel.

Microwave did not work and we had a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel as it’s not marked, but we called customer service and they directed us right away.
