"フロントスタッフが居ない事、部屋の清掃、タオル交換が別料金である事を予約前に確認すべきでした。格安なホテルのこのシステムが今一般的なのでしょうがスタッフとの連絡が取れないのが大変不便でした。　特にセイフティーボックスが故障した緊急事態でも「スタッフは行けない」「電話をしろ」との返答をエクスペリアを通して伝えられただけでした。　部屋は新しく清潔でキッチンも整っておしゃれなタイニーハウスの様で快適です　観光拠点にも最高でしたが不安だらけの滞在でした。"

"Fully equipped studio unit suitable for a couple. Location was fairly central if you don’t mind walking or taking the metro to major sights. No restaurant on site but numerous restaurants and cafes outside the door of the hotel. Groceries close by as well."

"This was a beautiful place to stay. Super clean right around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. In the heat wave it also had AC. The hotel staff were very sweet and helpful especially Suzette who works at the front desk. She was so kind to my family and I and very attentive. Would highly recommend staying here and will be coming back and staying here again in the future."

"Small basic apartment in Paris. Close to a metro stop. Check in was fairly straight forward. Keys are collected from a business owner in the area who was very pleasant and helpful. The recommended parkade seemed secure, however it was an extremely tight fit for the minivan we were driving and I might recommend trying somewhere else if you have a larger vehicle, unless you have top notch precision parking/driving skills. "We've just checked out after staying there during Paris' extream heatwave. No matter how lower I set the AC, its temperature won't go down than 25 or 26 degree. When I reached out to the managing team, they said that it is the best when considering the outside temperature almost 40 degree. So we had to endure the mediocure room temperature eventhough we paid quite alot for the room. We checked in another hotel and found its AC is working perfect and very comfortable.
