The room was clean, very basic. No AC but a fan is available upon request. This hotel is located on a busy street and near night life, local restaurants, near tourist attractions and within walking distance of where the tour buses pick you up from. Staff is very friendly and kept my suitcase for me even after checkout.

Good hôtel conveniently located in the centre and walkable from Gare du Midi. Nice room and bathroom.My only criticism was the safe which was just placed on top of the fridge. Should really have been secured.

Our second stay in this very pleasant budget hotel. The only downside was that our room had a separate bedroom that seemed to trap heat and was difficult to keep cool in the muggy weather, even with the windows open overnight (staff very helpfully provided an electric fan). Would recommend the hotel invest in some aircon for the summer months.

Not great. The hotel is shabby and not like the pictures. Room was old and the walls and furniture were banged up. The tv did not work. The fridge didn’t work and there is no air conditioning so it is brutally hot. The location is very good and the staff were kind but that’s about it.

We had to choose another hotel listing on one day notice, with limited room availability and generally higher prices in Brussels. Pros: Staff was helpful, location was central and close to many good restaurants, early check in and bag hold after check out. Cons: Small room, small window, still room air bordering on musty, toilet seat broke, dated hotel in need of an update. Would not stay again.

The location is EXCELLENT if you want to walk to many attractions. The hotel staff was helpful, responsive and respectful. NOTE: there is no air conditioning. While the location is very good, the rooms are small and sparse. Lower your expectations on the rooms. In general, lots of little repairs/updates are needed for an old facility, but it certainly is better than dealing with contactless (AI/text/phone only communication) places.
