Great place for a family vacation or group meeting. Near the downtown area. Very friendly people and respectful. We booked our stay for two bedrooms and the host helped us out with our stay and made sure we were satisfied. Thank you so much for your hospitality and God bless you.

New flat, clean with all the amenities, including coffee machine with pods, microwave, grill, cutlery and crockery. Was partly in the basement which meant wasn’t at all hot in the higher temperatures the host was lovely and waited up for us. Great place and experience thank you.

Al llegar el departamento estaba sin limpiar, sofå cama roto, no salía agua caliente en la ducha, el baño lleno de moho, al encender el horno se iba la luz,mesa de la cocina rota, la televisión no funciona, la nevera hacía un ruido constante y perdía agua, había producto de higiene en el baño, pero los botes vacíos

Hemos estado alojados 1 semana en diciembre. La ubicaciĂłn muy buena. Al lado mismo de la estaciĂłn de Schuman. EstaciĂłn muy moderna y desde donde puedes ir a todas partes en metro o coger trenes para visitar otras localidades. La calefacciĂłn, el menaje, el microondas y el lavavajillas funcionaban bien.El monomando de la ducha, por el contrario, no funcionaba bien por lo que no habia agua caliente para ducharse. Solo agua templada. La taza del vater estaba rota y la cambiaron a mitad de semana.El baño muy amplio.No es un apartamento para 4 adultos puesto que el sofĂĄ cama es muy incĂłmodo para dormir dos adultos. La terraza no se podia aprovechar por que no estaba bien acondicionada. El mobiliario no era correcto y estaba lleno de hojas caidas y habĂ­a bolsas de basura.AĂșn asi podria repetir pero sabiendo ya lo que voy a encontrarme y por que la ubicaciĂłn es muy buena y apenas haces vida en Ă©l.

The apartment is about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Brussels but just 5 minutes from the nearest Metro. It contains everything you could need, has a good bed and is in a quiet neighbourhood. A very good spot to stay for exploring the city.

L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© (quartier europĂ©en mais aussi proche du parc du cinquantenaire et jolies rues calmes avec quelques belles maisons Art Nouveau). L'appartement en lui-mĂȘme est moins agrĂ©able : situĂ© en sous-sol, il est trĂšs peu lumineux et trĂšs humide. La literie est propre mais le mĂ©nage global laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. Localisation excellente Ă  deux pas du mĂ©tro Schuman, dans un joli quartier. Le logement est en sous-sol, un peu sombre mais avec un petit extĂ©rieur. Les draps et les serviettes Ă©taient propres mais pas le reste. - Il y a une forte odeur d’égouts sur le palier. - Le sol n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© aspirĂ©. - Sur les murs, des toiles d’araignĂ©es et des traces de moisissures. - L’humiditĂ© a fait gonfler le montant de la porte de la salle de bain, qu’on ne peut plus fermer. - Dans un coin de la piĂšce une table cassĂ©e et une pelle/balayette pleine de saletĂ©. - Le canapĂ© lit n’est pas trĂšs confortable et l’intĂ©rieur est sale (cheveux, poussiĂšre). Il faut absolument faire un trĂšs sĂ©rieux nettoyage, rĂ©gler le problĂšme du reflux d’odeur d’égouts et raboter le montant de la porte pour que l’expĂ©rience soit agrĂ©able.
