At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we're happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance!
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date.
If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics.
Towels:
● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.
● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.
For stays longer than 7 days:
The first additional towel request is free of charge.
The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.
Cleaning Request:
● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.
● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:
● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.
● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Other Things to Note:
As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions.
Pet Policy
We welcome small dogs (under 13 kg) upon approval. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets.
Approval Process: Please provide details about your dog's breed and size for pre-approval.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for potential damages or extra cleaning.
Guest Responsibility: Dogs must be house-trained, well-behaved, and considerate of neighbors.
✔ Late Check-out Policy: A 30-minute grace period is allowed after the official check-out time (11 a.m.). Beyond that, a late check-out fee applies.
✔ Security Deposit for Long-Term Stays: For extended stays, a deposit and a signed rental agreement are required.
✔ Damage & Extra Guest Policy: Any damage or stains on the furniture, as well as unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
