The part of the house is right on the lake. Large covered terrace below, balcony above. Bakery, gelateria, steakhouse within walking distance. Swimming in front of the door or in the outdoor pool 100 m away. Bulk shopping in Ponte Tresa (5 km) possible. Departure is by 10 a.m. Arrival takes place from 4 p.m. For Swiss guests: You still have a Swiss mobile network there.

Perfekte Lage
Perfekt zum Entspannen, runterkommen und um von hier aus die Gegend zu erkunden! Kommen gerne wieder! Gerade mit kleinen Kindern war die Lage mit Spielplatz und See perfekt! Durch das Tor konnten die Kinder auch im Garten spielen, ohne das man sich hätte Sorgen machen müssen, dass einer alleine zum See läuft.

Tolle Lage
Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen mit Garten. Die Terrasse und der Balkon an den Schlafzimmern ist zum See gerichtet.

Tolle Wohnung für Familien
Wir haben eine Woche zu viert in Brusimpiano verbracht. Die Lage ist für Familien perfekt, Kies-Strand mit genügend Schatten und Spielplatz direkt vor dem Garten. Die Wohnung ist genügend gross für eine Familie. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, allerdings ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen. Einzige Kritikpunkte waren die (für unseren Geschmack) etwas chaotisch eingerichtete Küche und der Lärm am Wochenende abends (Livemusik und Karaoke direkt nebenan). Insgesamt hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen.

Der Urlaub am Luganer See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön am Luganer See gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge und Wanderungen!

Eine wunderschöne Gegend
Wir haben das erste Mal in dieser Region Urlaub gemacht und waren fasziniert von der wunderschönen Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind supernett und wir hatten schon im Vorfeld ein nettes Telefonat. Die Ferienwohnung direkt am See gelegen ist durchaus zu empfehlen. Gerne wären wir geschwommen, aber Anfang Juni war das Wasser doch noch leider viel zu kalt. Wem der Spielplatz direkt vor der Terasse nichts ausmacht, ist die Wohnung alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in traumhafter Seelage
Wir hatten noch nie eine solch gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, wirklich alles vorhanden, sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage ist einmalig, kurz durch die Gartentüre raus und man ist am kleinen Strand/Spielplatz von Brusimpiano, was tagsüber ein Traum ist. So können die Kinder in Sicht und Hörweite am und im Wasser sein und man kann auf der herrlichen Terrasse entspannen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. In dem kleinen Dorf gibt es eine Osteria, ein kleines Cafe mit Gelateria und eine Apotheke sowie eine Bäckerei mit einigen Grundnahrungsmitteln. Sehr nahe Bushaltestelle nach Ponte Tresa oder Porto Ceresio zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Einfahrt.

Schöner Urlaub direkt am See
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer kleinen Ferienanlage direkt am Luganer See neben dem Spielplatz. Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden. Und die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir verbrachten schöne Tage dort. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es im Haus an nichts gefehlt, das vorhandene Kanu gibt sogar einen Pluspunkt. Das kulinarische Angebot in Brusimpiano ist überschaulich aber alles sehr gut. Der angrenzende Strand ist sauber und gut besucht. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jedenfall weiter.

Traum am See
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist geräumig und groß, gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad im zweiten Stock angenehm. Für eine vierköpfige Familie völlig ausreichend. Absolutes Highlight ist die Lage am See und der direkte Zugang zum Wasser (durch die Gartentür). Gerade mit Kindern hat dies das Badevergnügen sehr entspannt und komfortabel gemacht. Nach dem Schwimmen konnte man sich auf die Terrasse zurückziehen und den Komfort des Hauses (schattiges Plätzchen, kühle Getränke und Essen) genießen, ohne alles für einen ganzen Tag am Strand packen zu müssen. Das empfanden wir als großen Vorteil. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
